Franklin Richards is the son of Reed Richards and Sue Storm of the Fantastic Four. He was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and first appeared in Fantastic Four Annual #6, in November 1968.

Sue Storm had a difficult labor, and the other members of the Fantastic Four had to travel into the Negative Zone and find the Cosmic Control Rod to help her give birth safely. It was soon revealed that their son was an extremely powerful mutant. Franklin has had a tumultuous childhood. 

Powers

Franklin is an Omega-Level Mutant. Even as a young child, he had precognitive dreams and could project his "dream-self". He has powers of molecular manipulation and reality manipulation and can even create pocket dimensions. As Psi-Lord, he had telepathy, telekinesis, and could fire "bio-blasts".
