In the film Suicide Squad, the Enchantress shows the Squad hallucinations, Harley sees herself living a mundane life married to the Joker, with two small children.
Suicide Squad: The Official Novelization calls her Harley Ker and her husband Jo Ker and refers to the children as a baby and a toddler.
Baby clothes are seen in the Joker's possession at another point in the film. Some fans have theorized that the Joker and Harley were already parents.
