Valeria Richards is the daughter of Reed Richards and Sue Storm and the younger sister of Franklin.
Sue gave birth to a stillborn daughter named Valerie Meghan Richards. However, it was revealed that Franklin had saved his sister by sending her to an alternate reality, where she grew up as Valeria von Doom. She would eventually time-travel to meet the Fantastic Four and stayed with them for some time. During a battle with Abraxas, Valeria was returned to her mother's womb and was born again (Doctor Doom served as midwife and named her after his lost love).
Powers[]
Currently, though Reed has tested her for powers, apparently she has come up negative. However, though still a toddler, she has a genius-level intellect and has even claimed she's smarter than her father.
As Valeria von Doom, she could create force fields and teleport through time and space. She also claimed she could block Franklin's powers.
