Venom (May Parker)

May Parker was the daughter of Peter and Mary Jane on Earth X. 

May's father was retired from hero work, and her mother, Mary Jane, had died of cancer some years before. The symbiotic suit found May and she managed to control it, becoming the heroine Venom, but Peter believed it was manipulating her. She also worked with her father in the NYPD.
